Day One: Exuma
We flew to Exuma and received a warm island welcome. We had a group transfer to Sandals Emerald Bay and went on a resort tour of Sandals Emerald Bay, which is Sandals’ newest resort. It was very beautiful and we learned they have a large marina and a signature golf course. After Exuma, we flew to Turks and Caicos to see the Beaches Turks and Caicos Resort. As soon as we got there, we were able to see the Sesame Street parade in the Caribbean Village.
Day Two: Turks and Caicos
I ate breakfast downstairs in the main restaurant where they had a very large variety of foods to choose between. After breakfast I went to a Sandals, Beaches, and Grand Pineapple Beach Resorts workshop to learn about all of the resorts and services. Lunch was served at Mario’s restaurant (Italian food) and then we went on a resort tour of Beaches Turks and Caicos. After the tour it was raining, but I still made sure I went to the beach and put my feet in the sand! For dinner, I went to a lot of the restaurants to sample the foods they offered. While I was walking around, I noticed the Pirate’s Island Water Park.
Day Three: Nassau
After checking out of Beaches Turks and Caicos Resort, we departed for Nassau and got a transfer to Sandals Royal Bahamian Resort. As soon as we got there, we got a tour of Sandals Royal Bahamian Resort. After the tour, we took a ferry to Sandals Cay and explored. The Zen Garden was peaceful and beautiful. The Red Lane spa is also on the Cay.
